how to be happier?

well, habits matter

just remember that everyone’s version of happiness is a little different, and so is their path to achieving it :]

1. smiling ?
smiling causes the brain to release dopamine, which makes us happier :)

    (dont over exert though!)

  2. sleep ?
    you need that 8hs everyday ?

  3. EATTT (healthily)
    highly processed foods tend to leave you feeling down & so will skipping meals?

  4. gratitude?
    acknowledge 1 thing you’re grateful for, even those little things?
