"...እስከ ሚኒስተሮች ድረስ ሰንሰለት ያለኝ ሰው ነኝ። እኔን ብለው ፣ እኔን አምነው ከ አዲስ አበባ እዚህ ድረስ መጥተው የሚያሳክሙ ሚኒስቴሮች bla bla...ቀጠለ...እኔ ላንተ ይህን ሁሉ መንገር አይጠበቅብኝም! እንደዚህ አይነት ነገር ውስጥ አትግባ!..." 
የማስፈራሪያ ዛቻው ተደመደመ።

እልህ ውስጥ ገባሁ ። አለ አደል አላጠፋውም የሚመጣውን እናያለን ... አይነት...

ግን ደሞ ጭፍን ተከታይ ያለው ሰው ከባድ ነው ። ሀገራችን ደሞ የደቦ ፍርድ የተበራከተባት ናት።

ጃስ ቢባል የአመለካከት ልዩነትን የማያስተናግድ አጋድሞ ለማረድ የማይመለስ ... ጠንክሮ መስራትን ሳይሆን Showy መሆንን የሚያበረታታ ማህበረሰብ ውስጥ ነው ያለነው።

ማህበረሰቡ ግን ይመቸው...አለ አደል...እንዴት/ለምን የማይል ...ጠንካራ ሰራተኝነትን ሳይሆን ሳክስን የሚወድ ማህበረሰብ...

Anyhow ፓስት ያደረኩት ነገር የሚሰራው ስራዎች ላይ ያለኝን ቅሬታ ለማንሳት ሳይሆን... ተሰሚነቱን ተጠቅመን ለህክምና ተማሪዎች የወደፊት ብሩህ ተስፋ እንዲሁም እየተሰደደ ላለው ሰብ ስፔሻሊስት ሀኪም ድምፅ ይሆነን ዘንድ በማሰብ ነበር...

ምክንያቱም ብቻህን ምን ጥሩ ሀኪም ብትሆን ... ኢትዮጲያ ጤናው ውስጥ ያለው ችግር በግልህ ማስተካከል ስለማትችል ። ሀገሪቷ የሚያስፈልጋት የጋራ ለውጥ ስለሆነ ።

ስለራሳቸው ብቻ የሚኖሩ ሀኪሞችን ባየሁበት መነፀር ደሞ...ከ2ቀን በፊት ቁርስ ሳልበላ 2 ሰዓት ጠዎት የተጀመረ 11 ሰዓት ያለቀ Gyn Onco ሰርጀሪ ተሳትፌ ነበር ።

እነዛ መምህሮቸ አንገታቸውን ደፍተው ከ skin incision እስከ closure ምሳ ሳይበሉ ቀጥ ብለው ሲሰሩ ሳይ ተደመምኩኝ።

አለ አደል አይፎክሩ አይሸልሉ...
አንገታቸውን ደፍተው ስራ ብቻ...

ቆይ ለነዚህ ሰዎች ስራቸውን የሚመሰክርላቸው ማነው?! እኛ አዲሱ ትውልድ...ለቴክኖሎጅ የቀረብነው አይደለምን....?!

ለዛም ነው MAC Ethiopian'ን በየህክምና ትምህርት ቤቶች ማስፋፋት ያስፈለገው ።

ይሄ ተዐምር ወዳጅ ህብረተሰብን ሀኪሞቻችን / መምህራኖቻችን በየቀኑ የሚሰሩትን ታምር በየቀኑ በማውጣት ለማጥመቅ።

ግለሰቦች ሳይሆን አንገቱን ደፍቶ የሚሰራ ታታሪ ሀኪም ሁሉ እውቅና ለማሰጠት ።

Inspiring Young Minds Amidst Challenges

Recently, I had the opportunity to engage with G7 & 8 students at Gordema School. It was an eye-opening experience. For 35 minutes, I held their full attention as they courageously voiced their concerns—concerns that left me deeply unsettled.

The students shared that many of their teachers feel hopeless, often expressing that education has little value in the current Ethiopian context. As a result, these young minds feel stuck, questioning the purpose of learning. Even more troubling, many are searching for "shortcuts to success," resisting the idea of hard work & perseverance as a path to achievement.

These are 14-17 Yrs old our future generation—grappling with such disheartening thoughts. It pains me to witness such challenges, but it also inspires me to work harder in guiding & empowering them to believe in education, effort, & hope as key drivers for a brighter future.

🌟 Medical Doctor and Pilot 🌟

It’s not every day you come across someone who achieves excellence in two of the most demanding professions—Medicine and Aviation. But Dr. Captain Biniam Tsegaye has done just that, and I couldn’t be more proud to congratulate him!

I had the privilege of knowing Dr. Biniam during his days as a medical intern while I was an R1 at University of Gondar. Today, he’s not just a doctor but also a pilot, showing us that with commitment and consistency, no dream is too big to achieve.

To all the young dreamers out there:
let Dr. Captain Biniam’s story remind you that your vision is valid, and with unwavering determination, you can turn it into reality. Pursue your passions, stay consistent, and never give up.
