‼️ In approximately 20 days, the fate of the Bitcoin Spot ETF will be revealed. Currently, we find ourselves at a crossroads with two distinct possibilities:

Option 1 - ✔️ SEC acceptance as anticipated.
Option 2 - ‼️ Gary Gensler's rejection of proposals, gearing up for a showdown with Wall Street.

?So...

Option 1 - ? More funds incoming.
Option 2 - ? More Bitcoin at a discounted rate... and as it inevitably rises, a chance to sell for additional profit.

However, the amended filing indicates that BlackRock anticipates future support for the creation of shares in BTC, pending SEC approval later on. ?

Valkyrie, Invesco, Galaxy Digital, and other Bitcoin ETF issuers have also updated to facilitate "cash-only" transactions. ?

This is a development that these companies have been discussing with the SEC for the past few weeks, and it appears that an agreement has been reached. A Bitcoin Spot ETF seems imminent. ?

Under these circumstances, the court finds that the defendant has not provided clear and convincing evidence that he is unlikely to flee if he returns to the UAE," ?

Hmmm... this decision seems illogical because CZ is facing a maximum sentence of 18 months in prison and has agreed not to appeal any sentence within that range. CZ would face a longer prison term if he flees instead of returning to the U.S. for sentencing... unless they are contemplating a sentence exceeding 18 months ?
