Even as the revisionists of the CPB are forced to admit that a Labour government led by Sir Kier Starmer will offer nothing to the working class and simply continue to act in the same way as the present Tory government led by Rishi Sunak, they urge us to vote Labour anyway since the nasty Tories must be got rid of.
But no list of the terrible calamities that have fallen on the working class since 2010 (actually, it was since 2008) can hide the fact that Labour is as pro-austerity, pro-war, anti-worker and racist as the Tories.
All mainstream parties of the British parliament support British imperialism to the hilt, and the job of communists is not to gloss over this essential fact but to help workers realise that they will never achieve a decent life by electoral means under a system that serves their class enemies.

The Communists
Election 2024: revisionists still propping up the Labour party
Even the CPB’s best theorists tie themselves in knots when trying to justify their party’s rotten position.
Dave Ward and the rest of the labour party affiliated trade union leaders, are a bunch of repulsive, lying bastards who are trying to sell the working class out to the party of Blackrock.

Social Housing as Heritage: Thoughts on the National Trust and Balfron Tower
Following a recent post on Balfron Tower, I sent a slightly snarky tweet to National Trust London. The National Trust were offering guided tours of Balfron, climaxing in a visit to Flat 130 – the t…
Even Rishi Sunak seems like a relatable guy when you stand him next to Starmer. The latter seems totally inhuman, stilted, stiff and just plain bizarre. Part of this come from the fact that Starmer has the more difficult job here. He is the leader of a party that is (supposedly) based on the organised labour movement and which is supposed to stand for socialism, even Blairs reworded Clause 4 of the party constitution committed to "socialism". Starmers biggest problem stems from this point and it was the same problem Ed Miliband had as well, they've been told clearly by the ruling class that no serious reforms can actually be offered. They've also been told that they can't launch class based attacks on the Conservative Party or its leaders as that might stir things up too much. Essentially they've been told that they have to win using the formula of the 1990s, which is to appeal to the population on largely technocratic grounds of "competence" or "decency" or other such buzzwords that are rendered meaningless when you know Starmers actual record in office. In the 1990s you can just about get away with this if you have a Bill Clinton or a Tony Blair delivering this empty management speak because they were skilled enough actors to carry it off, as was Obama. Starmer is manifestly not good enough a performer to carry this off and he's also an extremely weak man. That's why Sunak walks all over him and Starmer looks like he's going to start crying. This is why some in the ruling class are looking to promote an even more repulsive character named Wesley Streeting to the big job asap because he seems to be the next "heir to Blair". This will fail too though as part of the reason why the Blair act worked was that you could spin the illusion of "prosperity" in the late 1990s and early 2000s, you can't do that now and no matter how good a bull shit artist you are you can't escape the fact the material conditions of the working class are being pushed relentlessly downwards. This is why, no matter what the result, the labour party is utterly bankrupt and finished as a political force. When you are the reformist party which can offer no reforms then it really is all over for you.

They are getting away with it though Sharon. And they will continue to get away with it under Starmer. So why is Unite continuing go throw its members money at a party who are endlessly telling us they won't change anything?
British Imperialist government and Zionist Lobby: 0! ; Palestine Solidarity movement, British working class, and the Communist Party of Great Britain Marxist Leninist: 2!
Good news: All charges against our 4 comrades - under section 12 of the Terrorism Act “supporting a proscribed organisation” have been dropped!
Calling for victory to the Palestinian people is not a crime!
The lesson: stand firm! Stand up for truth and justice! Fight for the Palestinian people! Stand against the Genocide!
No vote for Labour, Liberal or Tory on July 4th
Nationalisation within a capitalist framework does not automatically result in better pay and working conditions for workers. The British parliamentary system was originally designed to grant capitalists influence over governance, effectively replacing monarchs with politicians. This fundamental dynamic remains unchanged. Consequently, handing control of industries to the capitalist state is unlikely to yield greater benefits than leaving them to the free market.
For workers to truly benefit from nationalisation, they must control the means of production, and the parasitic ruling class must be permanently eliminated.
