Things to Consider Before Creating Your Own Club or Community ?

As the majority of you already know, Rusha and I founded a public speaking club exactly one year ago, and in our journey, we encountered many challenges before making it public. The concept of the project was marvelous; however, we didn’t take into account some vital points.

•First of all, before making it public, write down a precise plan. I recommend scheduling every post and preparing all posters in advance. If you delay and start posting without preparation, you will probably be in a hurry one day before the deadline.

•The second important point is the members of your club. When it comes to member selection, choose only the most passionate ones who are ready to dedicate time and effort to the club. You can add an interview stage to your application process, which will give you a chance to clearly assess their true desire. After all, the most crucial part of clubs and communities is the people who make them special.

•The last point is advertisement. Use all available resources to promote your club or community to attract diverse people and find those who genuinely want to be a part of your project. Additionally, talk more about the concept of your project—this will attract the right applicants with the qualities you are searching for!
