1. What do you do when you have days off?Well, the first thing I do is just getting enough amount of sleep as I’m usually tired due to my work and study-related duties. Secondly, I try to spend as much time as possible with my family members. On top of that, I pursue my hobbies to enjoy. 2. What was the last time when you had a few days off?It was 2 weeks ago when we had a national holiday. We were given some time off from both our work and studies. 3. Do you think sport is a good way to relax?I don’t think so. When I think about resting, I picture someone doing passive activities, hobbies. I think doing sports drains our energy instead of helping us unwind. This is because the person is always on the move doing sports, and it’s tiring. 4. Do you think students need more relaxing time?For sure, yes! Nowadays, students have too much academic pressure. They are often bombarded with multiple deadlines. They make students exhausted and overwhelmed. So, I think they do need more time to wind down.@ieltsminds⚡️

This is a quote I heard yesterday and the reason I’m sharing it is because it applies very much to learning english. So many people or students are now obsessed with what score they will get eventually, often asking will I get a 7 teacher?
So my point is instead of being obsessed with your result, you guys should be obsessed with improving your language by exposing yourself to the language as much as you can. I alsways tell students that they should read a lot in english, watch english stuff as much as they can and remember the more, the better. So once you get in the right track, results will start coming along the way usually automatically.
The takeaway from this message is dont obsess yourself with the results and just enjoy the process.

Sooner or later you will get that result you want.
