i literally stopped scrolling thru tiktok cus half the advice there is SHIT and stems from trauma

after 3-4 years of treatment am gna try and ween off my sleep medication zzzz i wna not rely on medicine to fall asleep

When we are stuck in a jam, we feel annoyed. But we are part of the jam. Somehow acknowledging we are part of someone else's annoyance, puts me in a better mood. Like no one's in their car thinking "let me cause this person a jam right now".

The car behind us probably feels annoyed the same way we feel annoyed by the front car

Everyone probably is annoyed as hell and wna get outta there too.
