ANNOUNCEMENT - We wanted to give information as to why the core release has not been pushed yet.

During the last few days, there have been multiple discoveries. The main two below are the reason we have decided to delay the release. The second one being the much more important one. But the first is very annoying as well.

1. On certain linux machines (it seems ~~debian~~/ubuntu for sure, maybe others...) the 'systray' icon for the core (the Qortal icon that runs on the 'systray' and gives core status) is not working as of a recent linux update - This makes it so that the only way status can be checked is by either API call or by using the UI. This needs to be resolved.

2. We have discovered a very rare scenario where the block minter thread seems to be crashing and not restarting. (We believe this to be related to the recent stall that was not due to an invalid transaction.) This must be resolved prior to the next release. Both the pre-release and previous versions are suffering from this issue, therefore it seems to have been there for a while.

These two things we have determined to be important enough to delay the release until they are resolved. Or at the very least in the second case above, to implement means to ensure the block minter thread restarts after a crash (or stopping for any reason) while we dig in further and figure out the actual reason for the crash. (It seems as of now that the reason for the crash happens VERY rarely, and therefore will likely take additional logging and a decent amount of time to find. We are seeing right now that only nodes that have been on continually for at least 8 days if not many more, seem to be found with this issue.)

We just wanted to give this update announcement as we have been saying the release is coming soon a while now, but then made these discoveries. Thank you for your understanding!
