You paid a refundable deposit when you rented an apartment. You left the apartment in good condition but the Landlord will not return your deposit.

Dear Mr. JOHN
I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a matter concerning the refundable deposit I paid upon renting the apartment at (green street ).As my lease term has concluded, and I have vacated the premises in good condition, I would like to request the prompt of my deposit.

I have ensured that the apartment is left in the same state as when I first moved in, meeting all the terms outlined in our lease agreement. I believe I have fulfilled all the requirements for the return of the deposit and I kindly request that you process this refund at your earliest convenience.

I value the time I spent as a tenant in your property and appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter amicably. However, if the return of my request of my deposit continues to be delayed without reasonable cause, I may have no choice but to explore legal action avenues to ensure the return of what is rightfully mine.
