A 3 year-old boy presented with puffiness of the face for 1 week. Examination revealed normal
blood pressure, abdominal distension, scrotal swelling and lower limbs edema. Urine examination
showed protein (++++), leucocytes=(1.2), RBC= (0.1), and nitrite was negative, Urea= 23mg/dl,
and creatinine= 0.5mg%. Serum protein level= 3.1mg, Serum Na+= 144 mmol/l, K+= 4.2 mmol/l.
His complement levels (C3 & C4) were normal.
