Communication team

• Overseeing the chapter's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies
• Controlling and managing the overall social media platforms in collaboration with The communication head.
• Posting each and every activities/events of the chapter on all platforms
• Creating contents that describe the chapter's mission and goals
• Searching partners on social media who can be promoting our events and activities

Event team

• Plan and execute every event of the chapter including events organized by other sub teams
• Prepare Proposals and paper work
• Work closely with other clubs of the campus regarding events they plan
• Attending team meetings with members
• responsible for pre-event preparations

Project management

• Write project proposals and concept notes for different projects of the chapter
• plan, design and execute project ideas
• Oversee how every project is going
• Attend team meetings
• Attending Trainings for members regarding project management
