World Mental Health Day is observed annually on October 10th. Established in 1992 by the World Federation for Mental Health and the World Health Organization, this day aims to raise awareness about mental health issues worldwide.

For 2024, the theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health will focus on workplace mental health, highlighting the importance of prioritizing mental well-being for the benefit of individuals, organizations, and communities alike.. The theme addresses the importance of  awareness on prevention, promotion & access to mental health services at work to ensure full & equitable participation.
