◦Trump Secret Service detail asked for beefed up security at the Butler event, and it was denied and ignored by Secret Service

This does not appear to be fake or staged.
What we can say with the chronology is that the shooter is most likely another of the MKUltra’ed individual by use of social media influence and probably Discord channels.
It does appear to be a Deep State/Intelligence industrial complex hit on Trump that failed miserably
