APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Application Procedure:
   - Applications are submitted online at www.scholarships.sk.
   - The online application system is typically opened at least 6 weeks prior to the deadline.
   - It's recommended not to wait until the last moment to submit applications to avoid potential delays caused by heavy traffic on the system.

2. Language Requirements:
   - Applications and attachments must be submitted in Slovak or English.
   - Documents in other languages must be accompanied by official translations into Slovak or English.

3. Document Submission:
   - Required documents include a curriculum vitae, motivation letter, detailed study program, recommendation letters, confirmation of student status, bachelor's diploma (if applicable), and admission/invitation letter from the host university in Slovakia.
   - Recommendation letters cannot be older than 3 months at the time of the application deadline.

4. Submission Deadline:
   - The application must be submitted online by the specified deadline.
   - A scan of the admission/invitation letter is essential for submission; without it, the application will not be considered.

5. Data Processing:
