Required Skills:

- Experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer

Responsibilities

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) on custom datasets for various NLP tasks.

- Conduct experiments, monitor performance, and optimize models using relevant evaluation metrics.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• 0-2 years in NLP and ML, with hands-on work on LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Strong Python skills with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Ability to fine-tune LLMs on custom data; knowledge of evaluation metrics.
• Basic experience deploying NLP models with Docker and REST APIs.
Problem-Solving & Communication

• Skilled in identifying model improvements and optimizing for accuracy.
• Capable of clear experiment documentation and reporting for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and openness to mentorship.

Nice-to-be
• Familiar with new trends like prompt engineering and multi-modal models.
