What you'll need to have:- Proven SEO experience, 4 years or more preferred (agency or client-side);
- SEO experience in the US market;
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms;
- In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization best practices;
- Solid understanding of and experience with Technical SEO;
- Solid understanding of and experience with on-page SEO;
- Solid understanding of and experience with content SEO (content research, structure, volume, keyword optimization);
- Hands-on experience with link-building and knowledge of modern effective link-building strategies;
- Hands-on experience with SEO research (keywords, topics, competitors, link building);
- Experience with website analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console);
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs or SemRush, Screaming Frog);
- Experience with WordPress and popular WP SEO plugins;
- Ability to perform day-to-day on-page SEO reviews and optimizations;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, and/or Google Sheets (for data analysis);

Experience strongly desired:
- SEO in the software outsourcing industry.
