About the Project:**
We are developing a Mobile App for parents to track their child’s care, receive helpful tips, engage in games and exercises, and monitor growth and nutrition. The app is designed for an international market, primarily targeting U.S., South America, Southeast Asia, Europe.
We are looking for a marketing specialist to build a marketing strategy from scratch, attract the first users, and drive audience growth.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement a marketing plan for app promotion.
🔹 Launch and optimize advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads – Instagram/Facebook, display and search advertising).
🔹 ASO (App Store Optimization) – optimizing the app for Google Play and the App Store.
🔹 Conduct market and competitor analysis, test hypotheses for user acquisition.
🔹 Work with analytics: set up Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, or other tracking tools.
🔹 Develop strategies for user acquisition through SMM, partnerships, influencers, and PR.
🔹 Set up a user acquisition and retention funnel.
🔹 Monitor advertising campaign effectiveness and make regular adjustments.
🔹 Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance marketing materials and user experience.

Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with mobile apps.
✅ Proficiency in mobile app marketing tools (ASO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube).
✅ Experience with analytics systems (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
✅ Understanding of traffic acquisition and conversion strategies (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS).
✅ Experience in content marketing and influencer collaborations is a plus.
✅ Ability to manage budgets, test hypotheses, and maximize ROI.
✅ Fluent in English (for ad setup and international market analysis).
✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow the product alongside the team.

This role requires a strategic and data-driven approach to deliver effective campaigns, optimize ad performance, and ensure the highest ROI for our products in ITSM and ITAM.

Key Responsibilities
•Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions for the U.S. market.
•Conduct in-depth keyword research to build effective keyword strategies tailored to the B2B IT sector.
•Write and test compelling ad copy to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.

Год подходит к концу, компании закладывают бюджеты на следующий год, в том числе, и на новые позиции. Сейчас на рынке IT вакансий ситуация странная. Кто-то говорит, что спрос низкий, кто-то - высокий.
Хотелось посмотреть и понять что сейчас по вакансиям и зарплатам в IT, каким компаниям кто нужен, и какие навыки требуются.

Решил сделать инструмент анализа вакансий и зарплат с данными по всем направлениям IT. Хотелось визуализировать именно зарплатные вилки. Посмотрел что с данными, откуда их можно взять. На hh.ru с указанием зарплат не всё радужно, есть вакансии, висящие годами, одинаковые вакансии в разных городах и т.д. Есть 'Хабр Карьера (career.habr.com)', но про этот сервис мало что знаю. Ещё есть сервис 'getmatch (getmatch.ru)'. Появился не так давно, но вакансиях указывают зарплатные вилки. Кажется что именно эта фишка, их телеграм бот, специализация только на IT делают сервис наиболее привлекательным для сбора и анализа данных.

В итоге, собрал данные всех актуальных вакансий Getmatch. Их около 1500. Отбросил вакансии без указания зарплат - их 5%; с оставшимися 95% можно работать.

В данных есть скиллы (навыки), их около 1300 (языки программирования, инструменты, фреймворки и т.п.). Не все нормально бьются друг с другом, поэтому немного причесал, но могут встречаться варианты типа 'Zookeeper' и 'ZooKeeper'.

Итого, сейчас есть дашборд, где можно смотреть вакансии и зарплаты по различным разрезам, фильтроваться по гео, и много чему ещё. Можно искать вакансии по скиллам. Можно смотреть распределения зарплат, топы компаний по ЗП, сравнивать одинаковые позиции в разных компаниях и т.п. Можно из дашборда переходить на страницу вакансии на getmatch.ru.
