I’m sharing this note which contains collected evidence regarding the permissibility of taking the life of a non believer believer in Islam.

I’m sharing it as for educational purposes as many Muslims of this ummah tend to look away from this basic evidential fact. I with sincere feelings hope that this note will be readable, understandable and that no harshness will be put regarding the topic of this file and just serve as a brief reminder.

I also want to add on that this is not all the evidence that we posses and that there’s more, however this is what I’ve been able to collect so far alhamdulillāh.
