【Virtual Card Public Information Guidelines】

In the interest of both parties and to ensure clarity and consistency in our public communications, we have updated the guidelines for terminology used in various public information channels. This includes your official website, Twitter, FAQ, media articles, and any other public-facing content.

We would like to inform you of the following terminology changes that need to be implemented immediately:

1. Avoid using the phrase "Crypto Cards":
   Instead, please use "Virtual Card" or "Web3 Card" to refer to our card products.

2. Avoid using the phrase "No KYC".
   The recommended alternative is "Simply Apply Process" to describe your streamlined application procedure.

3. Display of Cardbin Numbers:
   Refrain from displaying actual cardbin numbers (the first six digits of a card number). For representational purposes, please use placeholder numbers, such as 123456.

Dear Costomer,
Please be informed that the issuing bank has updated the deduction rules for cardholders with excessively high Refund and Reverse rates. These changes will come into effect on April 22nd.

Refund Rate Deduction Rules:
If the user account's refund rate exceeds 15%, 3% of the corresponding refund amount will be deducted from the card for each transaction.
If the user account's refund rate exceeds 50%, 6% of the corresponding refund amount will be deducted from the card for each transaction.
* Deductions will begin from the 8th transaction in the user account upon rule activation.
Example: If user makes a $100 refund and user’s refund rate is 25%, a $3 deduction will be charged to user card.
