Last month, a conference on practical tips for performing renal scans took place at the Heart Hotel during the Endourology Congress. I had the privilege of presenting this topic to my esteemed colleagues. The slides from the conference are attached for the benefit of our valued channel members. قبلاً در مورد تشخیص افتراقی های فنوتیپ کانسر پروستات بدون جذب (PSMA-negative) صحبت کرده بودم. در مورد متاستازهای لنفاوی به نظر میرسه پترن درگیری لنف نود بصورت پریفرال هم میتونه منجر به یافته های منفی کاذب در اسکن بشه. ضمناً PSMA-PET در staging بیماران با تومورهای PSMA-negative ارزش محدودی داره.

I have previously discussed the differential diagnosis of the PSMA-negative prostate cancer phenotype. In cases of lymph node metastases, the pattern of peripheral lymph node involvement may contribute to false-negative findings in scans. Additionally, PSMA-PET has limited value in staging patients with PSMA-negative tumors.
