The ABS are deceiving everyone about the excess deaths by comparing 2023 deaths with 2022 deaths instead of the historical average.

How does 2023 compare with the historical average? They aren’t saying.

You could work it out knowing that 2022 was 15% higher and 2023 is 5% lower than 2022. That comes to 0.95 x 1.15 = 1.09 or 9% higher than historical average.

In any case it’s a lot of deaths and there is no trend yet. By the time the trend is clear it will be too late.

Why is this important?

This is a high profile case as both the government and a large corporation are being sued for violation of human rights.

And you may recall the QLD Gov have recently been found to have committed the same in mandating vaccines for police, nurses and others.

The evidence from this case could be used in similar cases around the world so this opens up a precedent that could cascade through the legal systems. Since Finland is part of the EU this would certainly set up the Europeans to commence similar cases and there will be no shortage of willing plaintiffs.

Let’s hope for the right outcome.

Tickle vs Giggle

As Monica Smit explains here, this is a landmark case in Australian law as it must determine in law that a woman is an adult human female, as we all know this to be the case.

This is a new topic for the channel, I have typically kept to a few subjects as you know, but I do feel strongly as a “normal man” that this nonsense where men pretending to be women and then demanding full women’s rights has to stop.

I am horrified that these people are demanding rights to be in the same female bathrooms or changing facilities at the gym as my wife or daughter or any other woman.

It’s the thin end of the wedge and it has to stop.

My position is that if a man wants to pretend to be a woman, that’s up to him, but when he demands me to pretend he is a woman then that’s up to me. And I won’t.

Women have to be respected and protected. That is a man’s role and duty as a husband, father and member of society.

Let’s see how this plays out. It will depend on the court but the implications of the ruling are significant. It’s outrageous that this decision will take 3-6 months, it should never have even gotten to court in the first place, there should have been no case to answer.
