This is not a blacklist or dayor but I just wanted to spread some awareness because I've been seeing more and more of these giveaway posts recently. (photos below)

It is illegal to ask for money in exchange for extra entries in privately hosted giveaways as it would be considered an unauthorised lottery which breaches the remote gambling act (section 11) and the common gaming houses act (section 3).

While hosting giveaways may be fun for both the admins and the participants, please keep in mind Singapore laws for things like this. You may feel that your giveaways are insignificant as it is just a small giveaway hosted on Telegram, but if there is anyone who decides that they purposely want to be disruptive, they have all the rights to report your giveaway to Singapore Police Force, which they do take these things seriously no matter how insignificant the amount is! (based on past experiences). I really do not want anyone to get into trouble for something so stupid so please take note and edit your giveaways accordingly or keep it in mind for your next giveaway😄

hii guys ik it's quite late rn but regarding updates for my listings, it is mostly pobs or luckydraw pcs and sometimes it can take quite some time to come (estimate probably less than 2 months? honestly depends) ? to add on that im currently busy with school projects and i have an exam in early sept which is really soon ? so if i do manage to get any updates on the items i'll update it here!
