اختباري اليوم كان بلجنة الدكتور رمزي والدكتور عبد الوهاب المطهر.?
بدأت عند الدكتور رمزي، الدكتور يفتح صور ويسمعك تعلق للنهاية على الصورة الذي يعرضها لك، أول صورة كانت Brain infarction.
سأل عن نوعه هل هو ischemic أو hemorrhagic.
الصورة الثانية كانت Lobar pneomonia أعلق على الصورة كامل، وماهي DD حقها.
الصورة الثالثة كانت صورة Biliary system وكان فيها واضح ERCP سأل أيش الفحص المستخدم، وأيش Defect في الصورة كان فيها dilatation وطلب أحدد مكانه وماهو السبب الدكتور يشتي نقول له cancer.
بعدها انتقلت للجنة الثانية مع الدكتور عبد الوهاب المطهر، الدكتور غني عن التعريف.?
قرب لي التاب يلا اختاري الصورة الذي تشتيها?، اخترت brain hemorrhage طلب أوصف نوع الأشعة وأيش diagnosis كانت صورة epidural والثانية subdural.
أيش الفرق بينهن وكيف تميزي؟
ومن الأسوأ، وليش؟
يلا اختاري صورة ثانية، اخترت كذلك في brain كان infarction علقي وماهو التشخيص.
وطرح لي بعدها صورة normal brain وقال أين defect، طننت فيها شوية قلت له طبيعي يادكتور مافيش حاجة قال إلا، سكت وما عرفت رجع قال أيوة هذا طبيعي تمام.
آخر صورة قال الختام جاب لي صورة pneumoperitoneal قال أيش التشخيص واذكري لي الأسباب.
Viscus perforation.
Post operation.
Post aspiration...
