Travel Makes You Be Human

The last 3 months I have been constantly traveling with my close friends and cared ones. Throughout this journey I finally felt I was a real human being. Let me first define my understanding of human being.

Human being to me is a person who constantly is in the engagement with physical and mental world. Most of us live our lives in the mental space- we think about what he/she said, we complain about how we feel, we constantly create fake scenarios.

For me this type of living is the same as being blind. What’s the sense of having eyes if you don’t use them?! You simply don’t see, you always are in your bubble which limits your perspective.

Even yesterday traveling with my best friend, I saw how much I was engaged in self talk. I stopped, take an hour to fully immerse myself into physical surroundings.

Passing through right at the dome connecting two sides of Old Bukhara, I felt that I have been a part of environment, a part of the culture of history

For 1 hour I completely forgot who I was, got lost and stranded. No one and nothing mattered to me except that moment

“Wow, how beautiful it is to be a human being “ - I said to myself and returned back to the team.

Sometimes to experience life all it takes is to shut down the brain and open your eyes wide

I realized how fragile our lives are.
For the past five days, illness took up all of my energy- I cannot even cry because I have no energy

Not to even mention the Instagram Shootings, new otbor of Swap Up and new course of mine 💔 that I am still unable to launch

Some days I think why some nasty things are happening to me at such an important moment in my life.

Today I periodically slept for 5 hours in the morning and evening. Trying to combat my damn illness with sleep.

I woke up 10 minutes ago 00:30 and in zero energy thought to myself : what else can I do to fight it?!

Every day has turned into a combat battle to be able to continue working on my dreams

I denied my health long enough and now it is saying no to me

And no one seems to matter at this point whatever they are thinking about me or doing

I simply want back myself…
