يواجه الصحفي صفاء رشيد دعوى قضائية من مسؤول في قضاء النعمانية بسبب منشور نشره عبر صفحته في فيسبوك، دعا فيه إلى إجراء انتخابات حرة ونزيهة لأهالي مدينة النعمانية، بعيداً عن المحاصصة الحزبية والفئوية.
