10 yrs old boy came to clinic with Rt eye penetrating trauma by a pen ?️.
-It was sutured before 2 days but today the boy rubbed his eye and opend the suture.

The doctor use Contact lens to close the wond and prevent hypotony " due to leakage of aqueous humor".

Case 13

40 yrs old female came to the clinic with right eye loss of vision and sup.scleral mass .........
After taking the history. the patient had past blunt trauma by the goat horn before 1 year.
-On slit lamp examination we found upward shifted pupil "as in the picture".
- V.A of Rt eye is CF 1/2m.
Lt eye 6/9.

-She was diagnosed with scleral staphyloma.

Case 12

55 yrs old female came to clinic with headache, ocular pain, itching with lacrimation.
She had past nasal trauma with spoon by her husband ??
-On slit lamp examination we found small membrane over the inferior punctum and bilateral cortical cataract.
We preformed lacrimal irrigation as follows:
1- local anesthetic into conj. Sac.
2- punctum dilation by dilator.
3- gently curved, blunt-tipped lacrimal cannula on a 4 ml saline-filled syringe was inserted into lower punctum.
4-the saline pass into the nose and throat and was tested by the patient, that mean patent NLD.

Case 11

50 yrs old male came to clinic with right eye pain and FB sensation under the upper lid.
On slit lamp examination we found some erosions in the upper temporal cornea, After eversion of up.Lid we saw FB.
We give him local anesthesia and remove the FB.
The patient left and he was happy ?

Case 10

22 yrs old male came to clinic with redness and complete Rt eye loss of vision.
He had blunt trauma befor 5 yrs
V.A of Rt eye NLP.
Lt eye 6/9.
On slit lamp examination we found wrinkled greyish lens "hypermature cataract".
By investigation with B-scan there was funnel-shaped retinal detachment (see picture)

28 yrs old female came to clinic with redness and small mucoid discharge from both eyes.
- V.A of Rt eye     6/6
             Lt eye     6/12
-On slit lamp examination we found greasy lid margin with some scales on eyelashes.
-She was diagnosed with seborrheic blepharitis.
-We gave local Antibiotics and  advice her to wear medical glasses.
