Following different publications in the media regarding Mr. Moshe Hogeg, "Ownix" is announcing that it had nothing to do with the matter.

Further more, "Ownix" is declaring the termination of the consulting agreement with Mr. Hogeg, and that is following Moshe Hogeg's request and in coordination with "Ownix".

"Ownix" clarifies that Mr. Hogeg does not and did not have any possetion of the company's shares.

In a formal statement, "Ownix" points out that it does not have anything to do with the affair that was published and that it does not have anything to do with the company's activites.

According to the publications, the suspects are refering to events that ocurred a few years ago in a different company, that has nothing to do with "Ownix".

In coordination with Mr. Hogeg and the consultant company, which Mr. Hogeg owns, an agreement was achieved today about the immidiate cancellation of the consulting services, after being giving to "Ownix" in the past few months.

It should be noted and emphisised that Mr. Hogeg does not have any shares in the company.
