Our letter to the school at this time of the flu vaccines. appreciate your hands may be somewhat tied on this issue.

However, as a very concerned parent, I would like to report my strongest disapproval that this medical procedure is taking place in an educational setting.

Where is the risk assessment for the potential harm caused by the shedding of the vaccine to non-vaccinated children in school?

I request the Suffolk Immunisation Team to present this to me.

I would also like to be presented with the ingredients for this vaccine.  Any food substance that is consumed on school premises has to have the exact ingredients (for reasons of obvious potential adverse reactions).  For example, nuts are not allowed on to school premises - but you are allowing this vaccine - and you don't know the ingredients?!  I request the exact ingredients for this vaccine, that will be shot up noses / injected and then potentially shed to other innocent children.

I raise this a a serious safeguarding issue.

The education setting is no place for medical procedures. These should be carried out in a medical setting for those who want to have it.
