Berachain has officially gone live, and we deployed on Day 1 of the mainnet! This is a huge milestone – months of work, development, and preparation have led to this moment. But let’s be clear: launching is just the beginning.

In the first 24 hours, bera.buzz generated approximately $500 in fees (based on BERA’s price at that time). This was fueled by the initial wave of excitement as Berachain went live. Naturally, after the first rush, activity has cooled down – this is completely normal and expected in any new ecosystem.

We are now focused on bringing teams onboard that will launch their projects on bera.buzz. We've already received multiple inquiries and are in ongoing discussions. But these things don’t happen overnight – many teams will wait for the market sentiment to improve before committing.

1. Started UI.
2. Created the first draft of the home page.
3. Logo finalized.
4. Litepaper finished, waiting for finalized design to be sent out next week to potential partners.

Dev Team:
1. Dev team is finally established; interviews have concluded.
2. Several syncs and conversations with devs to start working on the Multisender.
3. First version of Multisender (not ready for release).
4. Several syncs and conversations with devs to start working on the website backend and prepare game ranking for a Milkbag Mooner contest.
5. Creating a first draft for Multisender UI.
6. New devs onboarding to start fixing bugs.
7. Secret development (finished flowchart, waiting for dev updates [not in the roadmap]).

Art:
1. Bought samples from additional artists to expand the creative team for Project X.
2. Designed new images/GIFs/reels.
3. Worked on merch store design for a branded storefront (first draft expected by the end of the month).
4. Reached out to several suppliers for plushies to get quotes for future launch.

Partnerships & Marketing:
1. New raiding system (only official Milkbag art should be used).
2. Twitter Campaign planned with a well-known name in the space.
3. We found a speaker for future AMAs & Spaces.
4. Discussions with different exchanges for potential listings.
5. Influencer deals closed for the upcoming weeks.
6. Discussions with new influencers for potential partnerships.
7. We paid for CMC. Listing incoming.
8. Working on developing a grand influencer database and assessing various offers to determine what best meets our budgets and goals.

Our team is dead serious and consists, at the moment, of 24 people who are committing their time to Milkbag. We have 6 developers, 8 from the Inner Circle, 5 designers, 4 moderators, and 1 speaker. Of course, not everyone is full-time here as many still have their matrix jobs, but others are working full-time here. Besides that, there are 8 Milk Gs who help us keep the chat clean as well as around 50 active raiders.

Together we are creating a legacy.
