Overview
Australia is participating in two important processes to strengthen the international community’s capacity to prevent, prepare for, and respond to, pandemics and other international health emergencies:

?️the negotiation of a new international legal instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, and

?️targeted changes to the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR) through the World Health Organization (WHO).

To date, Member States of the WHO, including Australia, have met to discuss initial views and priorities for a draft pandemic instrument text and proposed changes to the IHR. Australia’s priorities have been informed by lessons learned from our national response to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as through consultation within the Australian Government and targeted consultation with interest groups.

To inform your responses to this online survey, we have prepared a consultation paper outlining the current status of negotiations and our core priorities to date.

As we move forward in the negotiation processes, we are seeking the views of Australian stakeholders and the community through this online survey on what you want to see in a new pandemic instrument and amended IHR. Your views will help inform Australia’s engagement in negotiations.

Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) has recently funded a project to produce and test mRNA vaccines in Livestock, The science of mRNA is new technology , we do not know enough about the long term effects it has. People are entitled to choice on what they put into their bodies as what you eat becomes part of who you are.

Request:
We therefore ask the House to halt all testing and genetic modification on animals.

Petition EN4638 - Disadvantages of Central Bank Digital Currencies (The eAUD)

Reason: As Australian citizens we should be concerned about the disadvantages of a Central Bank Digital Currency.

?️Traceability: In the case where physical cash is eliminated entirely this eliminates our ability to transact in a fully anonymous manner.

?️Negative Rates: With CBDCs, you cannot withdraw your digital tokens and hold them under the mattress. If there is no option for physical cash this gives central banks ability to implement negative interest rates.

?️Programmability: CBDCs give central banks a unique opportunity to make money “programmable”. For example: Expiration, with a direct relationship with your central bank, CBDCs could permit a currency expiration policy. Your money could be programmed so that if you don’t spend the $5000 in your account by next Saturday, it will expire.

?️Personalised monetary policy: With a bank of Big Data on individual spending habits, coupled with digital identification infrastructure, the central bank will have enough information to tailor its monetary policy personally. For example, if it is known that lower earners have a higher propensity to consume, stimulus can be directly delivered to those people. Personalised monetary policy could even become politicised. A government could segment its voters, identify communities where it is behind in polls, and deliver stimulus to these groups.

Request: We therefore ask the House to enshrine the use of cash in law.

SAY NO to the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and sign the petition and let the government know loud and clear that you don't support their agenda for a digital currency which gives banks and governments absolute control over your finances.

It’s been a year.

When we think back to before the mandate was announced on 30/11/21 (or maybe even before it was looming on the horizon) it feels like a lifetime ago! The world was a different place, and perhaps we were all different, too.

Over the year, our team have learned how much people have lost along the way, but we’ve also learned how much our members have grown. Most importantly, we’ve gained friendship, support and strength from each other.

We’ve also learned that our members have been a very real and persistent thorn in the side of those people who have stripped away our human rights.

We’ve learned how strong our community is, and although we’ll never know exactly what role we played in the mandate lifting, we do know this group played a part.

We’ve also learned that the fight is far from over.

What have you learned over the past year? How have you grown? What have you found gratitude for?

Because growth often comes from the darkest of places ?

Here is what Dr Bay is taking on at BRISBANE SUPREME COURT 10am tomorrow (Wednesday 30th Nov) for US ALL ? ?

(Bay v AHPRA, the Medical Board of Australia, and the State of QLD) is about invalidating the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act that seeks to regulate (and suppress, censor and suspend) all health practitioners around Australia.

I argue it is invalid because QLD cannot legislate for the whole of Australia only the Commonwealth can.

Thus everything they have been doing to all nurses and doctors since 2010 is unconstitutional and thus illegal and thus unenforceable.

THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON
GIVING

It’s almost a year since the mandate was announced on the 30/11/21, and just when we thought we could say goodbye to 2022 and all that the mandate brought with it - DoE employees are receiving notices of docked holiday pay in 2023.

This is just their last ditch attempt to ruin another Christmas - but remember, there are still Judicial Reviews in Supreme Court yet to be finalised - with teacher applicants to boot.

Hold the vision that one day, we will all be entitled to back-pay for every cent when justice is served. It may take years, but justice WILL be served.

If you feel the need to put your frustration into action, now is the perfect time to revisit our #ShowYourWork task, or apply pressure in whichever way you see fit - because we have gifts that keep giving, too ?
