Conviction/long term bags are mostly down due to liquidity being sucked out of the market from the recent tiktok mania.

This is normal occurrence in the market to balance out greed and fear after a massive pump from certain memes in short period.

The next leg up will come regardless if you sell your bags or not, its not you vs the market, it is you fighting against your emotion
