? Job Scope:
Conduct/assist in workshops on scent crafting such as perfume, candle making, etc.
Promote and upsell retail products during workshops and events (minor role)
Capture pictures/videos, gather Google reviews, and encourage social media tags after each workshop/event
Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention
Help customers improve the perfume selection process, tailoring fragrances to individual preferences
Prepare and pack for workshops or events
Engage in the production of scented products and create production images/videos for content
Check inventory and ensure all materials are fully stocked
Manage display merchandise and maintain the tidiness of the work area
Manage the customer ordering process and retail/wholesale production of scented products
Uphold brand values, brand image, and company regulations and guidelines at all times
Assist the team in other workshop/sales/marketing tasks as required
