Florida's State Surgeon General, Joseph Ladapo, just urged Floridians to avoid mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, instead recommending a focus on staying active, cutting back on processed foods, prioritizing vegetables and healthy fats, and getting plenty of outdoor time to boost vitamin D levels.

These are his reasons for not getting the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines:
