☠️ From the first minutes, it seemed both teams wanted to go till penalty series. Balanced game, only passes, no ending. There phrases refer to both teams. It was visible that connection between players wasn't good enough, and I thought this changed during second game, but no after second game again the same thing happened. Overall, zero chemistry among Portugal players.

🫂 Defense of Portugal was solid, no extra comment for them, Vitinha and Palninha also played well, but I don't have any clue why top players like Fernandes, Bernardo, Leao, Ronaldo couldn't find the way to opponent's gate. Another mistake of Portugal was solely relying on Costa turning to prime version of himself again, as I said from the start it was kinda clear that teams wanted penalties, nothing more.

first, they actually are the brightest. i have explicitly noted in the second paragraph some of the things we have been able to achieve despite our young age. I was the youngest rugby player to get the master of sports in rugby in uzbekistan. Asadbek and many other guys have personally taught over a thousand students english, sat, math, and more. Abdulaziz and Sayfullo won the republican stage of zakovat. Aynura did campaigns on preserving the Karakalpak Culture, Aral Sea, and more. Sanjar has won international essay competitions. All of the guys here won Subject olympiads ranging from school to national. Almost all of the guys here have full time jobs. All of these just at 18. Even if you remove the age thing, it is still exceptional by many metrics.

second, it is not the uni itself that makes these speakers special, but what it took to get in. all of the speakers had to make extreme sacrifices along the way. it is the fact that these sacrifices were exemplary that we perceve them as bright.

third, the fact that we, despite our hectic schedule, are organizing this event to give back to our community shows light. i may be wrong, but I have never seen a narxoz admit do massive charity event because he believed he needs to give back to community. we could do this event silently without anyone's notice. but we thought it would be better if we collect more funds, so we give more gifts to the children. we deeply understand the massive socioeconomic differences people have.

you can also note that 85% of the speakers are studying in equal or more than full tuition scholarship, meaning most of us come from the middle or low income class, and we just wanted to let the kids with less exposure and representation in society know of the opportunities that await them if they choose to study.

you can take it as an example to follow or a subject of envy. it boils down to your heart.

Portugal dominated the first half, but long passes were one of the worst things during the game. Literally all long passes were faulty; passes from the left side to the center and to the right side by Leao weren't accurate. Lost the count of inaccurate long passes by Leao. The solid defense of the Czechs endured all the attacks in the first half.

💣 Until the goal by the Czechs, the game was similar to the first half. And let me tell you why the Czechs scored first, only reason was luck. Let's dive deeper, nine players (Portugal) were inside the box, three defenders were guarding only two Czech strikers, and no one blocked the shot of Provod. Lucky shot and goal.

After the goal, Portugal woke up, and they started to play well compared to the first half. Pressing forced Czechs to make stupid mistakes; after these mistakes, the score changed completely, and Czechs were left with nothing.
