Consider the following provisions regarding the Council of Ministers :

1. The total number of Ministers, including the Chief Minister, in the Council of Ministers in a State shall not exceed fifteen percent of the total number of members of the Legislative Assembly of that State.

2. The total number of Ministers, including the Chief Minister, in the Council of Ministers in a State shall not be less than twelve.

3. A member of the Legislative Assembly or the Legislative Council of a State need not subscribe to an Oath or affirmation before the Governor if he has already taken an Oath as a council of ministers.
