Let's try to relieve this pessimistic energy by noticing (and appreciating) the things you do on a daily basis to support this planet of ours. From small gestures that may have become habits, like waste sorting or a water-saving mindset, to more uncomfortable ones, like preferring public transportation or making bold purchase decisions or restrict your diet.
