TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Stay Updated : Ensure you're subscribed to @Douxeclaire to receive all the latest information and updates.

2. Careful Submission : Please fill out the form meticulously before submitting it to @Douxeclairbot or @vyicious.

3. Secure Payment : Payments are required upfront to avoid "Hit and Run" incidents. We accept Dana, ShopeePay, Bank Hana, and Qris (loan services). Please send an uncropped proof of payment for immediate processing of your order.

4. Order Commitment : Once you have submitted the format, cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be issued for processed purchases unless it's an error on the owner's part.

5. Revision Policy : Minor revisions are accepted after the preview is sent. For major revisions, a fee of Rp 2.000 will be applied.

6. Order Processing Time : Orders will be processed within 1-7 days, depending on the quantity and order queue.

7. Rush Orders : Rush orders will incur an additional fee of Rp 4.000.

8. Rush Order Notice : Please place rush orders at least 5 hours before the deadline.

9. File Delivery : To ensure high quality, we will send files via Google Drive, email, or Telegram after the buyer confirms the provided preview.

10. Intellectual Property : Copying or pasting any content belonging to @Douxeclaire is prohibited. Violations will incur a fine of Rp 200.000.
