This person gives a voice to so much of my lived experience...

Only recent changes to my medication have got it under control for the most part... Before, my resting heart rate lying down was around 70bpm and standing up it would skyrocket into the 150s within less than three minutes. It's one of my reasons for using a wheelchair - I cannot stand in queues but the society I live in demands that at times, I do. So I'm gonna bring a seat. Don't fancy passing out.

This is my life quite literally because my numbers are similar. Standing alone can get me into the 150s, add talking and we're scratching at the 160s.
