FULL THROTTHE DE-DOLLARIZATION IS ON ✔️✔️ Russia is planning to discuss a switch to national currencies in trade with countries in Southeast Asia, the Foreign Ministry announced on Tuesday. The move comes as part of Moscow’s push to ditch the US dollar and euro in business settlements.

As a result of Western sanctions against Moscow, trade turnover between Russia and countries in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) decreased by 4.4% in 2022, the ministry said in a statement ahead of Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s visit to Jakarta, Indonesia.

“To improve the situation, Russia is working on launching consultations on introducing national currencies in mutual settlements,” the Foreign Ministry said on its website.

My belief is that most Awakened ones would not follow CDC recommendations when it comes to the jab yet most Awakened ones will follow the CDC guidelines that Adults should consume 1.5–2 cup-equivalents of fruits and 2–3 cup-equivalents of vegetables daily.
The CDC also advises that we should eat less meat, avoid saturated fat and cholesterol by choosing low fat options.
The CDC also recommends that we eat Foods high in polyunsaturated fat include:

„ Cottonseed oil
„ Oil-based salad dressings
„ Pumpkin and sunflower seeds „ Safflower oil
„ Soft (tub) margarine
„ Soybean oil
„ Sunflower oil
All the above are industrial oils and one of the main causes for poor health.

My recommendation after doing years of research, reading and bio hacking my own body is to avoid plants, seed/vegetable oils and sugars .
Fibre and Carbohydrates are non essential, Amino and Fatty acids are essential, our brain is made up of fat and cholesterol , you should all realise by now that one must go 180 degrees on CDC recommendations.
Yet most still follow their guidelines when it comes to nutrition.
