hi admin! just wanted to give my thoughts on the whole “confiscating and reselling of buyers items”

as a gom myself with really many buyers and GOs to work with, i believe that while every gom may work differently, there are many goms who will send arrivals + collection form into and update channel and it’s up to you as a buyer to keep track of the item(s) you’ve bought from your goms. while some goms may send personal dm for collection, please take note that this isn’t always the case and definitely depends on the amount of items each gom is dealing with. on top of this, unless the gom is giving only a very short deadline for collection i believe most buyers are given ample time to collect their items.

as goms many of us have boxes upon boxes of GO items to deal with at our homes. to you, it may just be one pc, but please take note that we also have items like ssg, bulky md items, albums etc that all arrive at once. you cannot expect your gom to hold all these items for an indefinite amount of time just in hopes that you will one day come to collect from them… as much as you want your items, we too want these items out of our house ?

tldr, if an item really is so important to you, please make a habit of checking your gom’s updates channel, instead of pushing the blame to your goms for reselling your items ?

Hello! This is a statement regarding #ggomchanPO. Based on the updates given by @ggomchanworld on Twitter (the creator and OP). There have been multiple reasons why the shipment has been delayed based on her tweets.

1. The manufacturer for pouches was changed to another. Thus caused a delay.

2. OP mentioned the production is really slow and they are manufacturing in batches, but her words keep twisting. Thus, I believe something is going on on her end.

3. Dolls are already done and have safely arrived in SG which we will release for collection in the evening later on. Only pouches and PC holders are affected.

OP is willing to give out refunds for the pouches and PC holders. Hence, buyers who are affected, kindly note I will only be able to refund next month with my own money first. Once I get my pay, I will personally contact you through DMs.
