Hydrogram v0.2.0 is here! 🚀

We've made several internal improvements to enhance code maintenance and organization. Additionally, we've implemented fixes and changes that could impact some users. Please read the changelog carefully.

Key changes include:
- Removal of the async-to-sync wrapper.
- Removal of emoji submodule.
- Integration of pyromod patches.
- Update of the minimum Python version to 3.9.
- Added support for error handlers.

Hello, everyone! We want to talk a bit more about Hydrogram, to clear up some doubts that might arise at the beginning of the project.

Hydrogram is a (real) community oriented library for the Telegram MTProto API based on Pyrogram. It's not just another fork of Pyrogram. We have changed the entire structure of the library to make it easier to understand and more performant. We also have an open source documentation that is based on the most recent version of the Pyrogram documentation before it became closed source.

Our goal is to serve as a collaborative library, maintained by and for the community. Our team currently consists of three developers (@Hitalo, @usernein, @alissonlauffer). We value the ideas of the community and are committed to creating a library that meets your needs and offers a wide variety of features and creative ideas.

If you want to help us improve the library, you can contribute to our project in various ways. You can check our guidelines for contributing here: [CONTRIBUTING.rst]. We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and bug reports. We also appreciate your support and donations.
