Police break into their home in the middle of the night with a falsified warrant, fail to identify themselves, and then get shot as random violent intruders. They then return fire, murdering Breonna Taylor in her hallway. The Judge now considers the death of Breonna Taylor to be the boyfriends fault for shooting at intruders violently breaking into their home in the middle of the night, which happened to be corrupt police officers who were not supposed to be there, and who were doing their jobs incorrectly even if they did have the right to be there, a right which they did not have.
