Please don’t attend an “annual medical”. You don’t need servicing. You’re not a car. I’ve only ever had a medical for a job once, in the 1990s. Really, it was for the “free” private medical insurance that was supposedly a perk of the job. We used it nought times in 17 years. When I left, I did not buy a policy. It’s my ambition to have nothing further to do with the medical profession until the day I die. Thinking back over the few medical system interactions we’ve had as a family, in a high percentage, were associated with near death experiences, certainly for both our children from what I assumed previously was carelessness or incompetence. I’m less sure it was an innocent as that, after the last five years.

Live well. Eat with discernment. Exercise. Listen to what your soul is saying. Tell no lies. Give love. Be happy. The quality of my existence is of far greater importance than its length. Blessings.
