I was using Image.thumbnail to resize images to 512x512 for /stickerize, but this apparently didn't resize upwards, only downwards, so if the image was smaller than 512x512 it would stay smaller
Fixed this to now use ImageOps.contain instead

I'm not sure how useful this function will be, but if a user (scammer) joins with a display name matching that of the group chat or linked channel name any of my bots will now alert the admins of the chat to take action against that individual. This applies to more than just the hourly channels since I've seen it happen elsewhere, and it's better to alert admins of chats to dubious creatures stalking their chats
