The last time the England football team won an international tournament was when it was 100% English. Diversity isn't paying dividends.

The SDP are celebrating that they got 33,811 votes across 122 candidates, or 0.1% of the vote nationally, and are calling themselves the "7th".

This means an average of 277 votes, or 0.37%, for each candidate. Keeping your £500 deposit requires 5%. Most, if not all, will have lost. Multiplying that by 122, it's a £61,000 loss, not including any money spent on campaigns.

This scatter gun approach is a very expensive way to call yourself the "7th." A small fortune like that would have been better spent targeting key areas.

Some people misunderstand the Homeland Party's long-term strategy, thinking that we will never stand candidates in a general election or that we will only do so when we have control of the local council. Both are incorrect.

1. We won't stand a candidate unless they have a good enough chance of winning 5% of the vote to keep their deposit.

2. Breaching that 5% necessitates a presence in the area, by number of activists or by council seats.

3. It has to be a reasonable investment of resources with a genuine political goal in mind.

The British people have had enough of First-Past-the-Post. This election has shown just how perverse and dysfunctional this system is. It's only been kept in place for so long because it has served Labour and Tory so well. Now is the time to start demanding electoral reform!

Voters, you have three options today:

1. Vote tactically to prevent a Tory winning your seat.

2. Vote Reform as we desperately need a new party on the right to surpass the Tories in popularity.

3. Spoil your ballot with a meaningful message. All spoiled ballots get read out to the candidates.

Play your part.

Britain does not have a 'rich history' of immigration. It has a 'recent history' of immigration, unprecedented, that the population never wanted and never asked for.

Zoomers have nothing. Immigrants are handed everything. This system is rotten.

The push back from the youth will be dramatic. It's only just beginning.
