This is exactly how newly established universities in Uzbekistan are marketing themselves. Why are they putting so much emphasis on sending their students abroad, giving them foreign diplomas, and finding them jobs abroad? Why can’t they just promote what they can offer students themselves without mentioning any foreign university partnerships? Why is there nothing they are emphasizing locally?

I've just realized how easily I learned English back then, mainly because I studied it in Uzbek—the language my brain operates in. Now, I'm learning Arabic as my fourth language in my third language, and it's like going through "hell." Wish me luck; tomorrow is quiz day!
