Ibn 'Abbas reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
The influence of an evil eye is a fact; if anything would precede the destiny it would be the influence of an evil eye, and when you are asked to take bath (as a cure) from the influence of an evil eye, you should take bath.

A lot of people post on the Facebook and say things like, "My past haunts me" or "I'm depressed" etc. etc.
But do we ever think that Allah does everything for a reason. You were a weak. The past made you strong. You were a rude person. The past made you humble. Past taught you a lot. Now you will think twice before you do some mistakes like you did in the past which will help you now or in future.
It's true that moving on from the past is not easy. Have you ever think that are you the same person now as you were before? You changed yourself gradually and Allah helped you. So give yourself some credit.
Don't waste your precious time trying to forget the past instead work hard to make your present better. Make yourself engaged in Allah's prayers. Tell Him everything you want. Do Halal work and earn Halal money. Make your mind busy in good thoughts.
Whenever the past would try to haunt you just calm your mind and seek help from Allah. Remember that only Allah can help you.
Allah does everything for your betterment. You might not see it today but you will realize it one day.
Because Allah doesn't fail the person who has complete faith on Him❤.
“This is for the people who went through trauma and didn't come out of it with thicker skin. but, instead, came back with sensitivity to the world and a deep sadness that won't go away. some of us went through something and lost a piece of ourselves; our broken hearts never healed quite right afterwards. I see you and I feel you and I am you. it's going to be okay.” (Sproutlett on Tumblr/tinybuddha)
This is a message for those who have endured trauma, yet emerged not with thicker skin but with a tender heart and a lingering sorrow. To those who feel a piece of themselves lost in the struggle, whose broken hearts bear scars that never quite fade.
I see your pain, I feel your ache, for I am you. Your sensitivity, is a gift amidst a world that often demands toughness. In your gentleness lies immense strength; you perceive the hidden beauty, turning moments of joy into treasures.
It's time to redirect this precious skill, earned through hardship, towards recognizing your inherent worth. Embrace your loving spirit and inner beauty, irrespective of external judgments. You are more than okay; you are a beacon of beauty and resilience. ❤☀
The evil eye is real and there are many ahadeeth and Qur'an ayat to support this evidence. Below is some of the ways we can protect ourselves from the effects of the evil eye.
~ By strengthening our Imaan and our relationship with Allah Azaa Wajaal.
~ Putting our trust in Allah and relying on Him with full conviction to protect us from the evil of created things.
~ Fully acknowledging that whatever befalls us is by the decree of Allah and what was meant to reach us will not miss us and what was meant to miss us will never touch us. If we were to be harmed only He can cure us.
~ By reciting the mu'awidatayn, surah al Ikhlaas, al Fatiha and ayatul Kursi.
~ By being consistent in our morning and evening adhkaar.
~ By reciting the supplications for protection which are
"a'udhoo bi kalimaati lahi tammati min sharri ma khalaq"
(I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of that which He has created.)
"a'udhoo bi kalimaati lahi tammati min ghadabihi wa iqaabihi, wa min sharri 'ibadihi wa min hamazat al-shayttani wa an yahdhurun. ( I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His Wrath and Punishment, from the evil of His slaves and from the evil promptings of the devils and from their presence.)
"Hasbi Allahu laa ilaaha illa Huwa, 'alaihi tawakkaltu wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer"
(Allah is sufficient for me. None has the right to be worshiped but He. In Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.)
In the case of individuals who are afflicted with the evil eye, they should;
~ Wash with the wudhu water of the person they suspect might have given them the evil eye. It's also a duty of the later to comply and provide with their wudhu water.
~ If this isn't possible, the victim should use adopted methods such as obtaining the suspect's DNA from the clothing they have used to a glass they drank from etc.
~ Reciting or seeking ruqyah. Jibreel (as) used to recite the following words on the Prophet (saaw): "Bismillahi arqeeka, min kulli shay'in yudheeka, min kulli sharri nafseen aw 'aynin haseed Allahu yeshfeek, bismillahi arqeek." (In the Name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that is harming you, from the evil of every soul, or envious eye may Allah heal you. In the Name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you."
ALWAYS REMEMBER, PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
HADITH ON MAGIC SORCERY & HIJAMAH-WET CUPPING THERAPY
When the Beloved Prophet (ﷺ) was afflicted by magic, three things were prescribed to remove it.
1) Surah Falaq!
2) Surah Naas!
Both of these two Surahs of the Holy Quran were revealed
together by Wahee (revelation)!
These Surahs were revealed to the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) by Arch Angel Jibraeel (As) during a time when His (ﷺ) health was slightly affected by witchcraft or black magic.
Ibn al-Qaiyum (may Allaah have mercy on him) mentions that the Messenger (ﷺ) was cupped on his head when he was afflicted with magic and that it is from the best of cures for this if performed correctly.
[Zaad al Ma'aad (4/125-126)].
[Taken from integrative health care and hijama]
Note: It's best if these 2 surahs are recited 10 times each after every salah/namaz and Insha'Allâh Magic or Demons won't be an issue and to make it even more effective get Hijama every 3 months!

How to use the ingredients in Ruqya
Take two tablespoons of honey and dissolve them in a cup of the water that you have read upon. Add seven seeds of black seed and drink. Do this three times per day.
Before sleep, anoint the entire body from head to foot with the olive oil that has been read upon.
Upon waking, wash the entire body with water and soap. Then, take half a cup of the water that has been read upon and add it to a bucket or other container. Fill up the bucket with water from the tap and wash the entire body.
Continue this for three whole days
On day 4-7:
Use olive oil that has been read upon to anoint any areas where pain is found, if any.
Take two tablespoons of honey and dissolve them in a cup of the water that you have read upon. Add seven seeds of black seed and drink. Do this three times per day.
What to Expect:
On the first day, you will most likely not feel anything.
On the second and third day, you may feel very ill. You may feel excessive tiredness, pain all over the body, or in certain places, or aches and pains as though you carried out strenuous exercise.
By the fourth day, you may feel completely refreshed, as though you have a lot of energy - with the permission of Allah.
The aches and pains will gradually go away, in shaa' Allah, over the course of the 7 days.
{If the patient does not feel better, or the 7 day programme has resulted in a worsening of symptoms, then we advise to move on to the full ruqyah programme, of which the 7 day programme is repeated 1-2 times a month, in addition to other ruqyah.}

Mistakes of some women on EID DAY.
? Don't forget to recite Takbeer Al-Tashreeq after every fardh salah until Asr on the 13th of Dhul Hijjah.
? It is wajib to recite this Takbeer once after every fardh salah on the above days. Men should recite it audibly in a moderately loud voice and women should recite it in a soft voice.
لا إله إلا الله
? There is no deity worthy of worship in truth except Allaah.
Abdullah ibn Maṣ’ūd: Once, there was a wrestling match between a man and a jinn in which the former beat the latter.
The man then asked: Why are you so weak and small?
The jinn said: I am one of the strongest jinn!
A man asked Ibn Maṣ’ūd: Was that man ‘Umar?
He replied: Who else could do so?
