Join us for an afternoon of discovery and exploration of the practice of vipassana, or insight meditation. Vipassana is a simple yet profound technique that helps cultivate mindfulness, equanimity, and inner peace. There will be two sessions from 1-3PM and 3:30-6PM

This open house is free and open to the public. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, all are welcome to attend.
