Kash Patel has promised to expose who flew on Epstein’s plane and who helped build his global child sex-trafficking network.
A pharmacist exposes the shocking reality of drug pricing, revealing how a cancer medication that costs just $7 to buy ends up costing Medicare $2,400 per prescription. At a local pharmacy, a small $10 markup means patients can get the drug for $17—yet when Medicare steps in, the price explodes. With 250,000 prescriptions filled in a single year, taxpayers were hit with a $600 million bill.
"If every one of those prescriptions had been filled at our pharmacy instead of through Medicare, the total cost would’ve been just $4 million—a mind-blowing $596 million less. That’s crazy," the pharmacist explains.
So why the massive price gap? The answer lies with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs)—the middlemen who control drug pricing for insurance companies. Just three PBMs dominate 90% of the U.S. prescription market, and all of them have been bought out by pharmaceutical companies. This monopoly lets them inflate prices at will, forcing Medicare to overpay while taxpayers pick up the tab.
This is why leaders like Donald Trump understand the stakes. Trump’s insistence on strengthening the U.S. dollar as the global reserve currency isn’t just an economic strategy—it’s a defense of America’s power and liberty. The U.S. economy fuels American dominance, and abandoning foreign interventions entirely would undermine that strength. This doesn’t mean repeating the misguided policies of globalist Democrats, who intervene recklessly and without principle (intentionally). But not all interventions are created equal. America must act where it can promote liberty, preserve moral order, and protect its own interests.
The fight against authoritarianism—whether in the Middle East, Russia, or China—isn’t just about foreign lands. It’s about preventing those same forces from creeping into the West. The lessons of history are clear: when we ignore ideological threats and retreat into isolation, tyranny fills the void. America must stay vigilant, break the alliances of its enemies, and use every tool—economic, diplomatic, and military—to confront regimes that oppose freedom and human dignity. Anything less is surrender, and surrender is not an option.
