Thank you to all who joined us as listeners for our first Strategy Update call with Antoni Zolciak, Mateusz Raczynski and Daniel Ozluer. The Strategy Update is our new monthly initiative where we discuss the high-level overview and direction for Aleph Zero as a whole. We'll still be running Feedback Loops (now called "Aleph Zero Talks") with more targeted discussions as well as input from the community.

Project Focus and Development
🛡 Privacy Shield and zkOS:
Antoni highlighted the team's current focus on developing the 'Privacy Shield', a crucial component of Common to enhance privacy in transactions. The aim is to allow users to shield their wallets and assets, promoting privacy and user experience by consolidating assets across networks.

Privacy Shield: A feature within Common for enabling privacy in transactions.
One Account Concept: Designed to manage multiple network assets, addressing privacy and ease of use.
Progress includes last-minute frontend and backend optimisations.🔥

Institutional and Market Developments:
🏦 Institutional Track Expansion: Expansion efforts through the Neon Program for onboarding institutions and corporates into the web3 ecosystem. The team is also working on banking sector integrations.
Product Structuring: Preparation for product offerings for financial institutions, focusing on alternative investments facilitated through blockchain.

EVM Launch and ZK Privacy Tech:
💥 The recent EVM launch was successful, having onboarded over 28,000 users, primarily from the Vib3s initiative which integrates real-world use cases.
Expected launches include ZK privacy technology integration and custodian integration for ease of onboarding into the crypto space, emphasizing EVM's role as a vehicle for ZK technology.

Collaborative Projects
🖼 Tokenisation with Bank Pekao and Degen House:
A significant collaboration involves the tokenisation of Bank Pekao’s art collection to ensure its preservation and explore products around it, including creating backup copies on digital platforms.
World Arctic Archive and Aleph Zero L1: Digital backups for preservation are made here.
Neon Program Role: Expanding the institutional and cooperative framework beyond telecommunications.

Marketing Strategies and Community Engagement
📖 Marketing Updates:
Mateusz discussed a more aggressive approach to marketing as the technology matures, focusing on privacy education and potential use cases. A push for the Common branded NFT (with added utility: TBA!) project is also on the horizon.

Community Management:
✅ Consistency and Proactivity: A new focus on open dialogue, accuracy, and consistency in communications with the community. Moving support ticket services from Intercom to Discord to centralise assistance and engagement.
Governance Discussions: Exploring expanded platforms for community governance proposals in collaboration with Syncra.

Hey everyone!

Bank Pekao – Poland’s 2nd-largest bank and one of the largest banks in the CEE region – has chosen Aleph Zero to store digital replicas of iconic Polish artworks, ensuring their safekeeping for future generations! These artworks will also be stored in the Arctic World Archive.

What does that mean?

🔹 Bank Pekao is the first bank to tokenize historical art for long-term preservation.
🔹 Aleph Zero’s secure, low-carbon blockchain was key in making the decision around blockchain choice.
🔹 Digital reproductions are stored as NFTs on Aleph Zero and in the Arctic World Archive, a secure vault safeguarding cultural data for up to 1,000 years.
🔹 Works by Jan Matejko, Stanisław Wyspiański, Wojciech Kossak, and modern artists like Lia Kimura have been digitized and minted as NFTs.

The project is an effect of the collaboration between Bank Pekao, Aleph Zero, and Degen House ––and there’s more to come from us!
